Our Methodology

How every Numisma program is structured

Sequential structure

Each session builds directly on the previous one. Participants are never expected to grasp everything at once — the program is sequenced to carry them through progressively.

Applied, document-based learning

Where possible, programs use real documents — Bursa Malaysia filings, EPF statements, Malaysian will templates — so skills developed can be applied directly.

Discussion-centred delivery

Small cohorts allow questions to be genuine rather than polished. Facilitators allocate time in every session for questions that arise naturally from the material.

Shared Across All Programs

Professional standards we apply to every program

Participant confidentiality

Shared financial details remain within the session. No case studies identify individuals. Data is handled in accordance with Malaysia's PDPA 2010.

Annual content review

Curriculum reviewed at least once per year to incorporate regulatory updates, feedback from participants, and changes in the local financial landscape.

Regulatory alignment

All content reflects current Malaysian law — covering EPF, SC, civil estate law, and applicable Islamic planning frameworks.

Sensitivity in delivery

Debt, inheritance, and wealth discussions can carry personal weight. Facilitators pace sessions to allow reflection without pressure or urgency.

No upselling or add-ons

Program materials are included in the fee. Participants are never directed to additional paid services or products within or after the program.

Post-program feedback

Every cohort completes a structured feedback form. The results are used to refine content and delivery for the next group.
